Partners Part 7Sasori watched his partner with shocked and worried eyes. One moment, Deidara had hardly been able to move. Now he was striding over to the other side of the charred battleground. He was walking steadily towards the Stone shinobi, his good hand in his clay, the other hanging limp by his side.Partners Part 7
He came level with the stunned target, who was either to shocked or too exhausted to move. Deidara drew his left hand out of his clay pouch and fastened it around the Stone shinobi’s neck. The mouth on that hand was full of clay, which was turning into little insect bombs and swarming over his opponents face and neck.

Partners part 6Deidara was watching the two Stone shinobi as they made their way through the forest. They were faster than he had expected. They must be pretty good, he thought. But Deidara was confident that he and his partner could defeat them, easily. They had the element of surprise going for them.Partners part 6
The sun was starting to come up, and Deidara’s mind wandered to Sasori. It had been doing that a lot, lately… since before Sasori had started acting all weird. It just felt like Sasori meant more to him now than he had before.
